I'm a social work clinician and purchased this book to get in-depth knowledge about nutraceuticals for both my practice and general life. I found the information very good, but not great. I couldn't preview the book, which would have helped, but the info contained is super thorough regarding diet and basic healthy habits like sleep and exercise with regard to mental health, but I was looking for way more information on natural supplementation. This has some good stuff, don't get me wrong, but was not as far-reaching as I was looking for. Kept it thought and a good read as the author is very well-informed and easy to understand.
