Look great!
Little tricky to put together... don’t completely tighten until whole chairs is together. I bought 6 and one chair seat was broke and they immediately sent me a new piece. They look great and you can’t beat the price. Not the most comfortable chairs but pretty ;)

If you need an upper body workout...
First I'll start with the positives - these chairs are a good value, sturdy and attractive (if you can literally bend them to your will).Assembly requires the upper body strength of Atlas himself to bend the substantial iron back pieces to line up with the pre - drilled holes on the supports and seat. Also, there is no way to put these chairs together without cracking the seat if you follow the directions as written. There will be tears, yes. And you probably want to recruit your 220 lb, 6'5" 16yr old son by telling him he can put these together instead of hitting the gym for "arm day" - but once all is said and done it's a really nice chair.

HORRIBLE ASSEMBLY
The product is fine, its a nice chair.HOWEVERTHE ASSEMBLY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST.You have to bend those metal strips in a semi destructive way, only to find that they are just barely not lining up with the screw holes. Have fun trying to do this without four hands and make sure you dont have anything planned for the next 4 hours

SUPER STURDY RECLAIMED WOOD CHAIRS
We love these chairs.Would advise spending the extra money to have the "assembly technicians" put them together. We did and even they had difficulty putting them together. We ordered four of these chairs and two of the seats cracked when they were being put together. The good news is that Amazon had the company replace them and actually called us to assure us that they would replaced the chairs; so it eneded up being a great experience.

Difficult to assemble, parts may scratch
The hardware in these chairs looked too flat and rusty, so I decided to spray paint them to give it texture and hide the rust. I did this before assembling and wasn’t prepared for the challenging fight with putting it together. I cursed a lot and may have bled at one point. Worse part, I ended up scratching some areas. So had to get more spray paint afterward and wasn’t able to find the same top coat. So leaving it as is with some small imperfections. Also, after assembling, noticed one of the chairs had a large crack going across the bottom of chair. Hoping this won’t get worse over time/where it will eventually crack thru. Thought about staining the chairs from a light to dark wood texture, but ended up liking the way it looked after assembling.

Incredibly Frustrating Assembly Process
Assembly was a nightmare! Sets of parts that were supposed to match had noticeable variances, and did not fit together. It was impossible to assemble the chair with the given instructions without damaging the product. The instructions require you to push the supporting side frame bars between the front and back legs of the chair (only way the screws align); the lack of adequate space causes the frame to place a considerable amount of pressure on the wooden seat. I kept the screws loose until all parts of assembled, and tightened them slowly in a criss-cross pattern. The screws were only a little over half way into the wooden seat before it started to crack from the tension.I bought four chairs (2 sets). The parts fit properly (somewhat) on one chair, while the seat cracked on another. The fit on the remaining chairs was equally bad. I opted to return the chairs, as I didn't want to risk damaging the other two.

The good, the bad and the ugly
The good: The chairs look great, good quality. The bad: Assembly is a nightmare. I never built a chair that required three people to finish it before, until now! Customer service was terrible providing support and replacement pieces. I finally gave up.Even though the chairs look great, no, I would not order from this company again.

they are solid and beautiful and I love them
I'm giving these chairs three stars as a compromise.Once assembled, they are solid and beautiful and I love them. Five stars. However, getting them from the box to user-ready took my very handy husband many hours, many grunts, lots of sighs and deep breaths and shakes of the head. There was the sound of screws hitting the floor and rolling away. Mumbling. The clattering of chair pieces dropping to the ground. A mid-assembly break eased some frustration, but who needs this much aggravation? The problem lay in the curved metal back pieces, some of which lined up with the other chair pieces perfectly, most of which did not and required twisting and manipulation with pliers, which, by the way, scratches the chair surface. But no pliers would have meant no finished chairs. So assembly: one star, or zero.I read a review saying assembly was no big deal, which is why I bought these. That was most assuredly not the case for us. Thankfully my fella is a great guy and says he'll get over it -- in time. I'm breaking out the hard cider and pouring him a glass now. . .

Love the look of the chairs
Love the look of the chairs. they're very sturdy which is what my husband wanted. The only thing I wasn't totally happy with is the Reclaimed Wood looks like it's plastic. It doesn't look as authentic as I would have liked. Still a good purchase though!

Nightmare to Assemble, Pieces don't fit well together, snapped and cracked when sat on.
This chair was an epic nightmare to assemble. The pieces don't fit well and you have to put an unreal amount of strain on the chair just to get the holes to line up to put it together. My husband who is a strong man had to use both hands to put it in place while I tried to get the bolts in. The chair snapped and cracked when my husband sat on it, and it does every time anyone has sat on it. I am close to the 250lb weight limit so I don't dare sit on it with all the snapping and cracking it does when smaller people sit on it. We had company over for supper the day these came in the mail. We were embarrasssed that our guests were scared to sit on them!
