This purchase was my 2nd and 3rd bottle of these. I have them on subscription but doubled up on Prime Days. I use these because I got very ill a year and a half ago and started losing lots of hair, which was very frightening for me. I have these in combination with a protein+ collagen drink mix (Ancient Nutrition, also found here on Amazon) & my hair looks had gonna back to just above "normal loss" of hair for the average person. No more clumps in the shower when I wash. My hair dresser has noticed the difference and has actually shown me the new growth. Adding this to my daily routine has been a great benefit to my mission to halt and reverse my issue. There is no after taste or unpleasant smell to them. My skin looks like it has more "bounce" to it which is a big bonus at my age. Great vitamins.

I’ve noticed my nails are a lot stronger. I have a reoccurring nail infection that makes one of my toenails brittle. I’m not sure what this stuff did since it’s not an antibiotic. This was the only thing I changed in my daily habits so I truly believe it’s this stuff that improved my nails. Other than that I didn’t see any other improvement. Im gonna try other brands to see if there’s a better alternative. However if nothing else work out I’d consider buying this again.

I was watching diary of a CEO on YouTube and the guest was a biochemist. He made the statement that if a person took collagen powder, it goes deep enough into the small intestine to trigger the body into making its own GPL-1. I have a few pounds to lose so I thought I would try it. I have to say it works. I am on my second bottle, but I lost 15 pounds over the past month. I don’t know if this will work for everyone, but I would rather try this than put myself on a drug that has numerous horrible side effects. I hope people will give it some thought and do their own research.
