These bottles leak, but I took the advice from another review and used a garden hose gasket.

Don’t Waste Your Money
Both cruets leak considerably as metal caps don’t seal, so you end up getting oil or vinegar dripping down the sides of the cruet and onto whatever they are sitting on. The metal carrying rack did not sit flat as it was welded poorly and inaccurately. Too much trouble to return, so just trashed it.

Perfect size so oil, vinegar and dressings don't get nasty from sitting in cruets to long. Perfect for subs, cooking and whatever you want to put it on.
