Excellent condition. Came faster than expected. (There was a snow storm, so it got delayed a day but still beat the ETA).I would recommend using this buyer.As far as the book content. I'm in Dr Liv's class now. She has great notes to help explain her calculations. The class is a lot different than your regular civil engineering courses. (Different way of thinking). I learned lot so far and I'm looking forward to applying my knowledge. I would recommend emailing the Dr. Haslebach if you're interested in taking the course or getting course materials. I can't say if she would or not, but wouldn't hurt to ask.

This book could have been very good if they would show actual calculations instead of formula after formula. They have sample questions at the end of each chapter, if they would have shown how these were solved step by step the book would be far more useful. Also I was hoping to see examples of LEED forms filled out and there were none. So the book is not practical and is more like a student textbook than anything for professional use.

Very good book detailing the entire LEED v2009 grading system.

Fast shipping and great quality

I took Liv Haselbach's class last year and was very unimpressed with her book and teaching. There is a serious lack of conciseness along with being overly wordy when attempting to explain a simple calculation. There are nearly 2 pages of corrections that are necessary to actually use the book. Liv gives the students these corrections but you will be without them. If you buy this book be ready for a series of bad explanations and awkward writing.
