Does the job nicely!
Great product for the price and what it needs to do. Not a heavy metal casting, so I don't intend on putting a lot of pressure on the caps (and if you have to something else is wrong). Tools like this are needed with some of the modern cars, so good to have in your arsenal.

Fun for men and particular women
Just one more item that my husband (a mechanic) asked for as a birthday gift (I use the term gift loosely) and I don't know what he uses it for. I'm assuming it's for oil changes. The box was in perfect shape and the items were made well. He opened it up and said, "Oh, these are great! I need to use them for....." and that's where I stopped listening. He was happy. That's all I needed to know. Just grateful I didn't have to buy the SnapOn version.

I like these alot. They are easier to use than using large impact sockets.

Get what you pay for
The material of the box and sockets are cheap, dont fir perfectly over the filter and wobble on your socket or extension a bit, but honestly they work completely fine just feel cheap and it is wayyyyyy cheaper than the matco equivalent set so yea I would reccomend to and beginner tech or home tech 100%

Easy to store, use and clean. I work on many vehicles and I use this a few times per week. A must have for an independent home shop.

Broke my 27mm socket first time I used it
I perform oil changes every day on Hyundais which use 24 and 27mm cartridge filters so i bought this set. The sockets feel like plastic, very weak material, and they do not click onto my ratchet, they’ll just fall off. The first time I encountered a tight cartridge filter on a car I was working on, I had to use a lot of force to loosen the filter but apparently that was too much for the socket because it broke at the 3/8” drive hole. I will definitely be investing my money on a better set.
