Man, oh man! This office has certainly been through mucho reams of crappy paper in our well-intended goal of saving a buck. Over the past few years, we’ve settled on two HP papers. When purchasing in ream size, the cost per pack is excellent. The quality is far better than you’ll find for higher cost in the big box stores. This purple multipurpose version is used around here 8-% of the time. The brightness of 96 is superb and the 20 pound weight is just right, even for letter writing. For times when we need to impress, we also have the yellow version on hand. It’s 24 pound weight and a bit brighter, still.

Been using this brand and type of paper for our HP printer for a long time. It doesn't jam and works well for our use.

Exactly what I needed.

A good 20-lb 96 bright paper at a good price is hard to find. This is it. The surface of the paper is a little smoother or slicker than other 20-lb/96 bright papers I've used, but you get used to the feel and look. Good printed appearance. Works in all my printers. I did notice some minor creasing in one long run in my Xerox duplex laser. This experience is from my first test 5-ream case, and the results are good enough that I'll likely buy a few more cases.

Maybe they were stored outside. I had to wipe every ream off.

I literarily NEVER met the paper I don't like and I don't pay much attention tomy very basic cheap printing paper but this baby really made me laugh.So the weather is such that we have rather humid days. After taking it outof the box and out of the wrapping, I set my rim in the office on the shelf.Two days later I came and I see the paper rim made some funny shapeshifting..so all the edges on two paralell longer sides curled up a little making thewhole pile looking somewhat like a very flat letter U.I now can say that I have seen everything.Still good for printing, no problem, color is bright cold white.Thickness is surprisingly heavy paper type.When you scrunch it it resist the scrunching so it has a lot of body.If you ever wanted to make any art work with it it also deliversas we had to wet and dry and cut one for the art projectso it got nice and plumpy.Good paper but funny.

Nov 2020 -- product is as described. It comes packed moderately well, just a cardboard box with five reams included in shrink-wrap plastic. Well sealed for moisture purposes; however, packaging is not solid enough to withstand a big drop by delivery folk. If they sit it down it's all good, if they just throw/drop it on your porch, you get a dent in the outside packaging. In my case, the dent was minor to the inside packaging, but they is not much 'shipping protection' for bangs, dents, etc. Other than that packaging issue (very minor issue) this is a product that is as described. You can decide for yourself on value:price based on what you usually pay for paper. This is as described, and works just fine. We will likely purchase again.

This is a good brand that is well known to everybody. This is the first time we are buying an HP printer paper online. So, it is a good deal and fast delivery. We ordered five ream in a small cartoon box. The lid of the box was torn. Though every individual ream was packed in a plastic wrap. So, there was no damage. Packaging could have been better. I would buy again if I find the same or better deal!

I would have preferred the individual package to be wrapped in paper rather than plastic.Compared to what I used before (Xerox, 92 brightness, 20 lb), it's whiter (which is as expected), and the edges are a bit less smooth.

Just love this paper! Been buying it for years. I hate cheap looking paper .... this one is perfect!
